      I am writing to ask that all time and consideration possible be given to 
      the
      decision to finalize an agreement regarding Utah's west desert water use.
      This decision will impact Utah for the rest of forever.  The only
      appropriate way to make a decision of this magnitude is to know, as well 
as
      possible, the future effects.  Please take the time to know what water is
      available, how it is changing already, and what the impact of piping it 
out
      of Utah into Nevada will be.  That time now may provide water to our Utah 
      in
      the future, that otherwise will be gone in the very near future.
      Allow the studies to be completed before any final recommendation is made.
