      Hello,



      I think it is irresponsible as guardians to encourage someone, in this a 
      city, to live beyond their means. Las Vegas will have to budget their 
      current supply of water the same way they have to budget their money. I 
      vote NO WAY on sending water from the Snake Valley to Las Vegas.
