(2008) This water right has not been developed yet. Not in use at this time.
(2009) A phone call from Jennifer Spears (435-220-0090) indicated that the
water right will most likely be abandoned. They are not using it. 4/1/10
Water right previously in the name of Robert R. Norman, ownership updated.
(2009) A Water Use Report submitted by Diane Norman stating "I do not know
what these wells are but Bob wants to keep all of them except for the water
park. The others are for mining eventually."
11/9/2011 OSE was issued on 01-283 (F63237) and a condition of approval was to
"measure water diverted and annually report water diverted and used to the
Division of Water Rights Water Use Reporting Program." Was on inactive
status, changed 12/14/2011. DD
6/6/2012 Jennifer Spears called and told me that there are no meters. She
just pulls it out of the river. I told her that meters are required and she
said she would work on it this year. DD
(2012) Water pumped periodically to water 5 small frit trees no meter.
