McConkie Spring use at Old City Park as institutional.

irrigation water at three separate locations: City Center well, McConkie
Spring at Old City Park, and Well #7 at the golf course. The latter is the
only metered irrigation source of the three. Quantities of water used from
the previous two sources are estimated.
