2020 Y 2020-06-10 5.07 Both Indoor and Outdoor Water N 0.0000 This is source production from the plant to the tanks. It is not peak usage from the plants. It is a production peak, not a usage peak.
2019 Y 2019-07-08 4.67 Both Indoor and Outdoor Water N 0.0000 Source Peak Day Demand was measured by a flow meter for treated water leaving the plant. It could be overstated if some of the peak was placed in storage. We do not have a good way to quantify how to differentiate storage from usage.
2018 Y 2018-07-02 4.89 Both Indoor and Outdoor Water N 0.0000 The data that I have submitted is a peak day for water treated at the treatment plant. It is not a metered number from treated storage. Most years we are not running our wells, but we were this year. We do not have the ability to see how much water came from the wells on a specific day, we just tract the wells in AC-FT per month. You could add 1.2 to 1.25 ac-ft to the peak as an average of well production per day through the month. That only kind of works, because we pump the wells during off peak power which is 11pm to 6am on weekdays and then all weekend long. So the day should be pretty close and the volume of the peak should be about 0.5 to 1.2 ac-ft higher than what was actually reported.
2017 Y 2017-06-29 5.89 Both Indoor and Outdoor Water 0 This measurement was recorded from the treatment plant effluent meter. There is some delay, as it goes to the storage tanks, but it is as good of a measurement as we can get.
2016 Y 2016-07-13 5.51 Both Indoor and Outdoor Water 0
