Please note that we do not have any of our shareholders irrigating on their
property and we also have 11 shareholders who have automatic sprinkler
systems that are set on timers during our spring/summer months.
These folks have a time alloted to them to water there lawns.

(2008) Diversion records appear to be cumulative, where the preceeeding month
is subtracted from the next month. You need to utilize the last month of the
preceeding year's report to get a continous read out from the meter to begin
the values for January. Also, the monthly values appear to be, as an example
983.795 AF
rather than 983,795 AF. 3-3-09. MBH.

There was no use of the Old Meadows Ranchos Well from May - September;
because, it was being repaired.

Well was set as a backup in December and was only used as the main well in
part of December. As of the end of the year it has been shut off and
scheduled to be renovated once the OK has been obtained by the Division of
Water rights regarding a change application filed.
