6/15/2011 talked to Patti Wynn who works for Little Creek Mountain Ranch and
they are using the water for Alfalfa and stockwatering right now. The water
is not metered. They will be making the necessary changes on the water right.
Updated to Little Creek Mountain Ranch to report the water use. Was in the
name of
Hamilton Land and Livestock

6/15/2011 10:00 am - Cletus Hamilton called and was okay with Little Creek
Mountain Ranch reporting the water use. He will call if anything changes. DD
(2011) As per my telephone conversation with Dana Dredge, during 2011 we did
not use our well. We have 3 ponds on our property which we used for the
irrigation of our alfalfa fields. We do not have a storage tank for the well
and the well is also not metered at this time. Eventually we will put the
well into use. We have no customers at this time.

Nothing has changed from our 2011 report.
During 2012 we did not use our well.
We have 3 ponds on our property which we used for the irrigation of our
alfalfa fields.
We do not have a storage tank for the well and the well is also not metered
at this time. Eventually we will put the well into use.
We have no customers at this time.

During 2013 we did not use our well.

**** 2014 **** Annual Water Use Breakdown ****
During 2014 we did not use our existing well.
However, in the second half of 2014 we drilled a second well that is
currently not metered, nor does it have a pump.
No water has been used from either well during 2014 because of construction,
maintenance and repair of the wells.
The wells may become operational some time during 2015 if infrastructure
gets completed.
We also have 4 ponds on our property which we used for the irrigation of our
alfalfa fields. We do not have a storage tank for either of the wells.
We have no customers at this time.
