SPRINGS ARE COLLECTED INTO ONE CONDUCT AND METERED TO STORAGE. LEAKS WERE
DISCOVERED IN SUMMER AFTER FROST LEFT THE GROUND AND WERE REPAIRED WHEN
GROUND STABILIZED.
Note: System developed a large leak during the winter. Leak was repaired in
early spring when frost left the ground.
Springs are collected into one conduit and metered in pumphouse prior to
storage in tank.
