 **** 2016 **** Annual Water Use Breakdown ****
 Acres irrigated unknown
 **** 2016 **** Irrigation ****

 **** 2018 **** domestic irrigation
**** 2019 **** This is from the meter readings only. There is some usage at
beginning and end of season where meters are not ready [May and October], no
 charge.
**** 2021 **** Our two commercial customers had failed meters and systems so
usage is unknown. Two residential customers dropped out of water usage due to
the extreme drought. We also provide water from surface stream diversions in
May and October that is not monitored or metered.
**** 2022 **** Partial months of May and October are not metered [no
readings]. They would be a fraction of the summer monthly amounts. Map shows
total culinary shareholder service area but secondary service distribution
covers a smaller portion of the service area. Some metered water use can be
attributed to overflow of culinary tanks into the separate open pond
 secondary system.
**** 2023 **** We only read meters for June, July, Aug, and Sept. Meters are
not read for balance of May and October.

**** 2016 **** Grover Canyon Creek (Irrigation) ****
Total guesstimates, based on what well 4 does when creek flows subside.
**** 2019 ****
No measurement method. Guesstimated by equaling what is pumped out of well 4
during later summer months. Creeks dry up in July. Assumed low usage in May.
**** 2020 ****
Likely diverted another 2-3M gallons from surface streams.
**** 2021 ****
Much lower stream flow this year and it ended sooner. Estimated we diverted
about half of that pumped from well 4. Most of this diversion was during the
unmonitored time of the irrigation season [May and Oct]. People were
requesting water very early in the season due to a very dry spring. So we
started providing water earlier this year at the beginning of May from the
surface stream diversion.
**** 2022 ****
No way of knowing actual stream diversion amounts. Excess overflow is
diverted right back to stream bed below pond. Streams ran dry early this
year, by end of June. Drought conditions daily use amount was reduced from
1,000 gpd to 700 gpd for flat rate fee to promote conservation.
**** 2023 ****
We had substantially more runoff in 2023 from our creek diversion. S0 we
only pumped 39% of the amount we did in 2022 from well 4 and diverted more
water from the creeks, that really never completely dried up. I am going to
assume we pumped and diverted the same total amount as 2022 to estimate our
creek diversion. Remember, we do not meter the stream diversion and we do not
read meters for May or October.

**** 2016 **** Well #4 (Irrigation) ****
Only ran for two months with 1 meter reading Oct 1. Averaged for Aug and
Sept.
**** 2017 ****
2.9 M gallons for the whole year spread out over 3 months. Estimates for the
monthly data.
**** 2018 ****
Total summer pumping June 11- Oct 10 is 4.67 MG. Monthly distribution is an
estimate. About 800,000 gallons diverted from Ogden City source towards
irrigation.
**** 2019 ****
No meter reading for August so Aug + Sept 2 month reading split 2/3, 1/3.
**** 2020 ****
Meter 7,220,493 for the season. Monthly readings not taken. Likely diverted
another 2-3M gallons from surface streams.
**** 2021 ****
Only have total meter reading. Each 4 months is 1/4 of the total as an
estimate. Well 4 is failing to provide the amount compared previous years,
presumably to a lowering aquifer and lower rate of recharge, all related to
the drought and more water rights diversions being allowed in a limited
supply of water. We reduced the water allowance to each customer by 30% in
anticipation of lower yield from the well and surface diversions.
**** 2022 ****
Monthly amounts are calculated on total meter divided by 3 months of
operation.
**** 2023 ****
We had substantially more runoff in 2023 from our creek diversion. S0 we
only pumped 39% of the amount we did in 2022. I am going to assume we pumped
