priority date after 12/31/1900.
Public Meeting was Held: July 15th 6 PM at:
Washington County Water Conservancy District Offices
533 Waterworks Dr.
St. George, Utah

For futher details see:
http://waterrights.utah.gov/docImport/0564/05646014.pdf

Due to continuing drought and lack of snowfall accumulations,
Priority Calls were implemented in 2015,2016.
A Normal Water Year for 2017 did not require a Priority Call.

............ 2018 ............
Priority Call for Current year 2018: was implemented in Early June 2018
Virgin River Water Commissioner has authority to implement the priority call under authority of the State Engineer.
Priority call letters will not be issued each time a Priority Call Condition exists.
