The quantity of water per share was established via Order of the State Engineer dated
October 6, 1989, for Permanent Change Application Number 59-5270 (a15004).  The Order
also limited the sole supply acreage to 5926.97 acres irrigation.  The Division of Water
Rights database indicates that Water Right Number 59-3500 is part of two water use
groups that do not equate to 5926.97 acres of irrigation which may cause some confusion.
The acreage was calculated by determining the sole supply of 59-3500 and adding 50% of
the remaining supplemental group acreages for a total of 5926.97 acres irrigation.
