Of these 40 shares, 23 of the shares were decreed. The remaining 17 shares will be based
on retiring 0.4125 acre of irrigation per share. 



Water Rights 54-602, 54-886, and 54-968 are diverted from Fairfield Springs, but are
independent of the 40 culinary shares. Water Right 54-736 (in the name of Fairfield
Irrigation Company) is diverted from a well, but is also independent of the 40 culinary
shares.
