An assessment of the water rights and water right groups has been conducted in effort to
establish a Water Company Page for Wallsburg Irrigation Company.  As per Proposed
Determination (PD), Code Number 55, Book 1, Water Right Number 55-1290, in the name of
Wallsburg Irrigation Company, is part of four supplemental water use groups.  The
combined water uses represented in the four groups totals 42.66 acres irrigation
although 55-1290 does not contribute to 100% of said water use.  Based on information
contained in the PD, it appears that 55-1290 contributes 38.26 acres irrigation of the
42.66 total acres.  Water Right Number 55-1290 contributes 37.64 acres irrigation to
Water Use Group #1, contributes unevaluated acres irrigation to Water Use Group #2,
contributes 0.12 acre irrigation to Water Use Group #3, and contributes 0.5 acre
irrigation to Water Use Group #4.  The database has been modified to reflect this
evaluation and printouts made before and after said modifications were made.



The Articles of Incorporation for Wallsburg Irrigation Company indicate that the
aggregate number of authorized shares is 45.5 although the number of shares indicated on
shareholder chart is 44.5 shares.  The Order of the State Engineer (OSE) dated May 21,
2009, approving Permanent Change Application Number 55-9419 (a31204), indicated there
were 43.5 shares in the company.  The number of shares recognized is 45.5 as per the
Articles of Incorporation.  As per the May 21, 2009, OSE approving 55-9419 (a31204), one
share of stock was evaluated as 3.923 acre-feet (af) of water, used for the irrigation
of 0.98075 acre, and incurring 52.104% depletion or 2.044 af per share.  These figures
will be used for the purpose of establishing a Water Company page although said figures
may be adjusted in the future in response to any other change application filings or at
the request of the company.
