An assessment of the water rights and water right groups has been conducted.  It has
been determined that Water Right Numbers 55-1325, 55-1326, 55-1327, and 55-1328
contribute 68.2, 485.12, 116.17, and 105.17 acres irrigation (respectively) for a sole
supply of 764.66 acres irrigation of 929.63 defined in the PD.  Water Right Numbers
55-1325, 55-1326, 55-1327, and 55-1328 also has a sole supply of 206, 383, 125, and 847
equivalent livestock units (respectively) for a total of 1561 livestock.



According to a Company representative, there are 689.5 shares of stock issued.  A number
of change applications have quantified one share of stock as representing 3.124
acre-feet.  Other change applications have quantified 0.5 shares of stock as
representing 1.5 acre-feet.  For the purpose of establishing this water company page,
3.124 acre-feet will be considered as representing one share of stock in the company and
if divided by a duty of 4 acre-feet per acre, would water 0.781 acres of land and
deplete 1.628 acre-feet of water using Hill`s Deer Creek Dam Station.



It appears that Permanent Change Application Number 55-7564 (a14276) was filed based on
25 shares in Main Creek Irrigation Company.  The application was rejected August 24,
2006, and information contained in the file suggests that the water right was merged
back to 55-1325 and the data for 55-7564 was deleted from the database.
