Field Ditch shares are based on Weber River Decree 180 (i.e. Water Right Number
35-8180) and as such, under proper change applications they may be proposed to be used
for any purposes.

Contrast this with Bench Canal shares which are based on Echo Reservoir storage, which
has restrictive covenants under the Weber River Project (Bureau of Reclamation) to be
used solely for agricultural purposes (add`l info regarding these covenants can be found
on that water right, 35-8739)
