acre-feet per acre according to certificates of appropriation.  Water Right Numbers
43-7368 and 43-7369 were limited to a duty of 4 acre-feet per acre according to Civil
Number 4008.  Water Right Number 43-1843 was limited to a duty of 4 acre-feet per acre
according to Civil Number 4003 and by a water user`s claim.  Water Right Number 43-199
does not have a specified irrigation duty on its certificate of appropriation. 

Water Right Number 43-3820 does not have a specified irrigation duty on its water users
claim.  



As of 2011, each of these water rights is subject to the standing distribution order
from the 8th District Court which allows a maximum delivery of 4 acre-feet per acre.

The A-stock water rights are 43-175, 43-176, 43-177 and 43-12357.



The B-stock water rights are 43-199, 43-1843, 43-3820, 43-7368 and 43-7369.



Water Right Number 43-3820 is sometimes referred to as the ”Bureau filing.”



Water Right Numbers 43-1843, 43-7368 and 43-7369 were approved by District Court
Decrees (Civil 4003 and 4008).  These three water rights were approved with specific
stipulations for Rocky Point and the State Engineer.  They are typically referred to as
”Five-second foot filings”
