Water right 05-1523 is not held by Grand Water and Sewer Service Agency (GWSSA) but Moab
Irrigation Company (MIC).  GWSSA holds 315.542 shares in MIC and also has an agreement
with MIC that GWSSA can take up to 19.33 cfs from the creek. MIC is entitled to 4600 AF
of water per year per the agreement.  If there isn`t enough in the creek then GWSSA
pumps water to supplement MIC. GWSSA does assignment agreements with individuals to use
this water through Ken`s Lake.  

Other shareholders in MIC can move their shares to Ken`s Lake and the water is then
delivered by GWSSA.
