In talking with Gregory Porter over the phone he indicated the company had 352 shares.
Award # 344 in the Weber River Decree shows 353.6 acres of irrigation. A ”one to one”
ratio was used in the calculations of this company page.



Seepage water from  Award # 976 in the amount of 3 acres was not factored in to the
total amount of acres.  The theory being that seepage water could not be ”dried up” if
one was to file a change application on it.
