and Stoddard Irrigation Company owns 500 shares in Weber River Water Users’ Association
but a statement of share ownership has not been created for it.

Bench Canal Stock CANNOT be used for domestic, industrial, or municipal purposes. Bench
Canal shares are based on Echo Reservoir storage, which has restrictive covenants under
the Weber River Project (Bureau of Reclamation) to be used solely for agricultural
purposes (add`l info regarding these covenants can be found on that water right,
35-8739), or see Water Rights Weber Regional Office for details.

Contrast this with Field Ditch shares, which are based on Weber River Decree 180 (i.e.
Water Right Number 35-8180) and which may be changed more freely.
