DGARDNER 3/18/2025: In a letter from Fountain Green Irrigation Company, dated March 9,
2025, the following information was provided:



Fountain Green Irrigation Company is a nonprofit corporation initially established in
1861.  All water rights are granted by the Cox Decree of 1936.  Our current Articles of
Incorporation and Bylaws were adopted by the members and approved by the Board of
Directors on 02 January 2021.



There are three classes of stock representing three distinct divisions with each
division having it`s own Stock Certificate.



Big Springs with 1486.3865 shares with each share representing 1 acre-foot of water on
an average year.



Birch Creek with 202.875 shares with each share representing 2 acre-feet of water on an
average year.



Pole Canyon with 54 shares with each share representing 2 1/2 acre-feet of water on an
average year.



Total adjudicated acres for all three divisions is 3351.2.



DGARDNER 2/9/2021: According to Greg Johnson, Fountain Green Irrigation Company
President, the number of shares in the company are divided up as follows:  Birch Creek
202.875 shares, Pole Canyon 54 shares, and Big Spring 1,486.3865 shares. The number of
acre-feet per share is quantified as 2.5 acre-feet/share for Birch Creek and Pole Canyon
and 1 acre-foot/share for Big Spring.
