In a letter from Sherwin Sorensen, secretary for Gunnison Fayette Canal Company,
received August 23, 2018, it explains that the previous figure of 2.4 acre-feet/share
was in error because it included the private rights also.  Without the private rights,
the figure would be 0.7 acre-foot/share.
