This company is based on a flow, per the Weber River Decree, of 9.45 cfs. Each share
represents 0.025 cfs (9.45 cfs/ 378 shares). Given the nature of the underlying water
rights a standard duty of 4.0 acre-feet per acre does not correctly represent the
company`s underlying water rights. As one share represents 1.0 acre the acre-feet per
share value has been input as 4.0 acre-feet. This is because of the limitations of the
State Engineer`s database. This 4.0 acre-feet per share is not a guaranteed value. The
flow at which a shareholder can divert water is based on the historical diversions of
the company`s base water rights. When share statements are created the flow of water
