is a corporation or other organization, the signature must be in the name of such corporation or organization
by its proper officer, or in the name of the partnership by one of the partners, and the names of the other partners

4. Finally, Mail the Form or bring it to the Division of Water Rights ALONG WITH A FEE OF $50 FOR EACH CONSOLIDATION.
5. IMPORTANT: Water rights or application to be consolidated must be similar enough in all respects to be
combined without creating difficulty in interpreting or distributing the combined water right.
THIS MEANS THAT THE WATER RIGHTS TO BE COMBINED MUST HAVE THE SAME OWNERS, PRIORITY DATE,
POINTS OF DIVERSION AND STATUS!!!
