PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING THE LISTS OF UNCLAIMED RIGHTS OF RECORD FOR THE UTAH LAKE / JORDAN RIVER DRAINAGE, PROVO RIVER DIVISION, DANIELS CREEK SUBDIVISION (AREA NO. 55, BOOK 11)

Purpose:	The State Engineer has prepared the List of Unclaimed Rights of Record for the Daniels Creek Subdivision (55-11) in the Utah Lake and Jordan River General Adjudication (pursuant to Utah Code Â§ 73-4-9.5). The List of Unclaimed Rights is available electronically in PDF format on the Division of Water Rights website at the following address: http://www.waterrights.utah.gov/pdbooks/DanielsCreekLUR. In light of the publication of the List of Unclaimed Rights of Record, the public is invited to an all-electronic public meeting. Representatives from the Division of Water Rights will be available during this time to review the adjudication process, discuss the list of unclaimed rights within the area, and answer questions. The public meeting will be viewable via live stream broadcast on-line at http://www.waterrights.utah.gov/publicmeetings. Questions and comments may be sent via email to WaterRights_Adjudication@utah.gov during the meeting. Questions and comments received during the meeting will be addressed at the meeting.
