The State Engineer has prepared the List of Unclaimed Rights of Record for the Navajo Nation Subdivision (09-1) in the Southeastern Colorado River General Adjudication (pursuant to Utah Code 73-4-9.5). The List of Unclaimed Rights is available electronically in PDF format on the Division of Water Rights website at the following address: http://www.waterrights.utah.gov/pdbooks/NavajoLUR. In light of the publication of the List of Unclaimed Rights of Record, the public is invited to a public meeting. Representatives from the Division of Water Rights will be available during this time to review the adjudication process, discuss the list of unclaimed rights within the area, and answer questions.
