The following text is missing from the proposed Snake Valley Agreement, 
      the Environmental Agreement Section at the bottom of page 3 and the top of 
      page 4 (of 14) referred to in the agreement as section "3.1.2 Operation".  
      The entire paragraph should read as follows:

      3.1.2 Operation
      The Management Committee shall meet within 21 calendar days of 
      notification from the TWG of a need for action, or a notification from any 
      member of the Committee, and shall reach a decision within 60 calendar 
      days of the TWG notification.  It the Management Committtee cannot agree 
      to a mutually acceptable course of action, including management response 
      actions, then the Management Committee shall refer the issue to the 
      Dispute Resolution Process set forth in section 13 of this Agreement.
