Washington County Water Conservancy District is responsible for measuring
the overflow at Toquerville Springs.

The city also delivers 350,000-400,000 gallons that goes through the master
meter each month to Hurricane City. The total for 2018 was 5,520,808. Totals
in these frames are total metered amounts through the Master Meter - and so
includes that monthly amount that Hurricane City receives. Toquerville City
doesn`t receive any revenue from this water. The Hurricane use is included in
the Institution amount in the culinary use. The December amount includes the
amount sold to the WCWCD to balance the end result of this report.

The City has tracked through master meters 75,276.91. The city delivers
350,000-400,000 gallons that goes through the master meter each month to
Hurricane City. The total for 2018 was 5,520,808. Totals in these frames are
total metered amounts through the Master Meter - and so includes that monthly
amount that Hurricane City receives. Toquerville City doesn`t receive any
revenue from this water. The Hurricane use is included in the Institution
amount in the culinary use.
In December the WCWCD calculates the excess water from the Springs right
that they capture and sell to entities down stream. That amount in 2018 was
40,987.78 and has been divided by 12.

The City has tracked 68,760.188 through its master meters. The City delivers
3,500 - 4,500 gallons per month to Hurricane City - this water also goes
through Toquerville`s master meter. The Hurricane total for 2019 was
4,395,490. Totals in the frames above are the total master metered volume and
so includes that monthly Hurricane City amount. Toquerville doesn`t receive
any revenue from this water - the Hurricane amount is included in the
Institution totals on the culinary use page.

is currently a hydrant meter being used from the Cottam Well water.
Toquerville collects regular water charges for this water. Hydrant use
equaled 1526.00 for the year. In July, there was a mal-function in the
Toquerville system and water was drawn from the Cottam Well to cover the city
while repairs were made. Total metered water for this use from the upper pond
was 86.500
