Ivins City reviewed GIS data provided by Washington County on 4/28/2017 and
determined that 629 of 3517 residential units in Ivins City were 2nd homes
representing 17.9% of the units. It was also broken out by Kayenta versus the
rest of the city and Kayenta was 17.1% and the remainder of the city was
18.0%. We presume that in our municipal water system 18% of the residential
units are second homes.
