(1995) Other uses include water delivered to Ivns and Santa Clara. (1999) No water use breakdown data submitted. (2000) No water use breakdown data submitted. 03/01/2004 02:18 PM I did not break down the sales by customer type as we bill by meter size. Some PUD's have 1 or 2 inch meters as do some commercial customers. Please see email for information on new wells. We have 9 rates just for our 3/4" meters. I did call Tim Pine, but got his voice mail. I decided to fill out the survey and submit it as is as it's March 1 and due today. Information on our rates is available at our web site - www.sgcity.org or I can fax up a tariff. **** 2005 **** City Creek Well **** Water rights that can be used for this well are also approved for use with all the tollman and city creek wells and sunset well. Water rights included in this group of P.O.D. is as follows 81-293, 81-319, 81-481, 81-528, 81-548, 81-627, 81-1574, 81-2289, 81-377, 81-2227, 81-1428, 81-2466, 81-2229, 81-1577, 81-4486, 81-4487, 81-3329, 81-4488. I am not sure on the legal description since there are 2 City Creek Wells and you only have one city creek well listed; however, the other one is not equiped with a motor and was not used last year, so it can be left off the report! They are right next to each other so the legal description shouldn't matter that much. **** 2006 **** City Creek Well **** **** 2007 **** City Creek Well **** well is no used, will be redrilled in the near future, no use for 2007. **** 2007 **** City Creek Well **** well is no used, will be redrilled in the near future, no use for 2007. **** 2007 **** City Creek Well **** well is no used, will be redrilled in the near future, no use for 2007. **** 2007 **** City Creek Well **** well is no used, will be redrilled in the near future, no use for 2007. **** 2007 **** City Creek Well **** well is no used, will be redrilled in the near future, no use for 2007. **** 2007 **** City Creek Well **** well is no used, will be redrilled in the near future, no use for 2007. **** 2007 **** City Creek Well **** well is no used, will be redrilled in the near future, no use for 2007. **** 2008 **** City Creek Well **** Well was not in use in 2008 **** 2011 **** City Creek Well **** Inactive Source **** 2014 **** City Creek Well **** Well Not used during 2014 **** 2016 **** City Creek Well #1 **** **** 2016 **** City Creek Well #1 ****

Purchased from Washington County Water Conservancy District. **** 2005 **** Quail Creek WTP (Purchased from WCWCD) **** Over flow does not apply, water comes into water plant from dam, there was no over flow. Also, we recieved 613,577,433 gallons of water from the Sand Hollow Wells, distributed by the Washington County Water Conservancy District and delivered through the same pipeline that the Quail Lake Water is delivered in! This is the water that we get from the county, I imagine that they also are reporting this same data to you!!! **** 2006 **** Quail Creek WTP (Purchased from WCWCD) **** **** 2008 **** Quail Creek WTP (Purchased from WCWCD) **** **** 2011 **** Quail Creek WTP (Purchased from WCWCD) **** Values include all line losses from the WTP to the City entry points. **** 2014 **** Quail Creek WTP (Purchased from WCWCD) **** Combination of the Little Valley, Heritage Fields, and Staheli Meters. **** 2016 **** QC WTP/SH Wells (Purchased) **** Water Purchased from WCWCD- QCWTP and Sand Hollow Wells. **** 2016 **** QC WTP/SH Wells (Purchased) **** Water Purchased from WCWCD- QCWTP and Sand Hollow Wells. **** 2017 **** Includes amounts of water produced from Santa Clara Wells and Purchased by the WCWCD, then sold to St. George **** 2018 **** For the months of Jan, Feb, and Dec, excess water produced by Santa Clara wells was added to the water purchased from WCWCD. A total of 101 AF of water was added. **** 2019 **** Based on the billed amount from the WCWCD. The three meters that meter incoming water from the WCWCD is significantly less [ 4700.731 MG] If there are large system losses, this could be why.??220 AF were added to the amount purchased from WCWCD as this is excess water that Santa Clara produced from their wells and was sold to WCWCD, for Ivins use. **** 2020 **** This is the amount of water BILLED to St. George from the WCWCD. The amount of water metered into the City system differs from the amount billed. This year, the amount metered was 6,500 MG, vs. the 6,963 MG billed based on calculated metering. In addition, the amount of water overproduced from Santa Clara wells and sold to Ivins passes through the WCWCD, and is included. This amount is 85 AF, and occurs in the winter months. **** 2022 **** This is the quantity that the WCWCD bills the City. This is NOT the quantity that is metered to the City. The quantity metered to the City is 4.86B gallons. It is important to note that due to the method that the WCWCD uses to bill St. George, ALL of the system production and transmission losses of the Regional Pipeline system are absorbed by St. George. Also, the months of Jan, Feb, Nov, and Dec were adjusted to account for the quantity of water that Santa Clara sells to the WCWCD, who in turn sells to Ivins as part of the annual Snow Canyon Compact reconciliation. **** 2024 **** This is the total of the three meters [Little Valley 30``, Heritage Fields 24``, and Heritage Fields 36`` ]

This source is Ivins portion of the water from the Snow Canyon well field along with purchased water from St. George from the Gunlock well field. **** 2005 **** Delivered To Ivins **** Ivin's water is metered through 5 meters, 3 come from the Snow Canyon Wells Source and 2 from the Gunlock Wells Source! This is a combined amount delivered from all 5 meters for the year 2005. I don't see the point of reporting water that was delivered since this is a production report. This water is all accounted for in the Snow Canyon and Gunlock Wells totals! Should we even be reporting this? **** 2006 **** Delivered To Ivins **** **** 2008 **** Delivered To Ivins **** Wholesale water is delivered to Ivins via a pressurized pipeline and is metered in 5 locations. These numbers reflect the sum of all 5 monthly meter readings **** 2011 **** Delivered To Ivins **** These records are from boundary meter readings **** 2014 **** Delivered To Ivins **** **** 2016 **** Delivered To Ivins **** This is water provided to Ivins from the Gunlock Well Field, Snow Canyon Compact & Regional Pipeline. It also includes excess water that is produced by Santa Clara, sold to the WCWCD, then delivered to Santa Clara through St. George. **** 2016 **** Delivered To Ivins **** This is water provided to Ivins from the Gunlock Well Field, Snow Canyon Compact & Regional Pipeline.
