Previously, East River Bottom Water Company`s portfolio of water rights consisted of
55-7051, 55-11011, and 55-11851. In 2003, though, Central Utah Water Conservancy
District obtained a portion of these rights. Subsequently, East River Bottom Water
Company`s retained portions were segregated into 55-12002, 55-12003, and 55-12004.
Therefore, the portfolio of base rights in the company now consists of only those three
files. (
