The Acre-foot Limitation represents the total diversion as calculated in change application a35762, which includes the beneficial use requirements for irrigation and stockwater, and the evaporation losses associated with Jackson Flat Reservoir. This “Limitation” number does not include carrier water, seepage losses, etc. and therefore, is not a limitation on the total quantity of water that may be diverted from the creek and well under the water rights in a given year.
