[RHANSEN 3/7/2019 4:33:49 PM]
Because the company disagreed with data in the approval of previous change applications a30418, a30419, a30420, and a30421 it allowed those changes to lapse. Those change application should not be relied upon as a basis for future change application filings. The following information submitted by the company includes consideration of the relatively low priority of the underlying rights and limits diversion and depletion of the shares.
The company has submitted a request to update- the company page and has provided sufficient documentation to substantiate the requested changes. The following information defines the data to be used in future change applications as shares are moved out of the company`s delivery system:
12th class right 8.33 cfs
60 acre per cfs
Allowable irrigation = 500 acres
State engineer administrative diversion duty = 3 AF/acre
2500 shares issued by the company
500 acres/2500 share = 0.2 acres per share allowable
On average Both 12th class and 17th class are cutoff on July 11th (not June 30th)
Irrigation til July 11th results in a consumptive use of irrigation water of 1.03 AF per acre
Depletion = 1.03 AF/acre*500 acre/2500 shares =0.21 AF/share
Full season depletion from research report 145 Heber station = 2.07 AF/acre
Diversion quantity limited by time water is available during the season. Prorated using partial season depletion.
Diversion = 3 AF/acre* (1.03 AF/acre/2.07 AF/acre) = 1.49 AF/acre
Diversion per share = 1.49 AF/acre / 5 share/acre = 0.3 AF/share
Flow rate per share = 8.33 cfs *(0.2 acre/500 acre) =0.0033 cfs
[CHEYING 2/18/2014 11:08:32 AM]
Based on available records, the State Engineer determined the natural flow of water is sufficient for the company’s needs through June 30 each year on average, with a net irrigation requirement of 9.89 inches, therefore each share is valued at 0.2388 acre-feet per year. See WR 55-12079(a30418).
