one acre.  The diversion duty is 3 acre-feet per acre.



The total number of shares is the sum of the shares from natural flow water and the
shares from reservoir storage.



The Red Creek Irrigation Company used to have two classes of stock, direct flow and
storage.  It is probable that the two classes of stock were created at different times
as 43-1216 and 43-3513 have different filing and priority dates.  It is the
understanding of the State Engineer`s office that the Company currently operates with a
common stock.  



Two shareholder statements were created for a42451.  They are 43-12927 and 43-12928.
Each shareholder statement came from one of the two Company water rights.  Other
permanent shareholder change applications have followed the same procedure as it is
probable that the two classes of shares were represented by the two different water
rights, 43-1216 and 43-3513.
