Using the Articles of Restatement of the Articles of Incorporation of the Provo Reservoir Water User`s Company (2009) the historical irrigation approved under Welby/Jacob Memorandum a14709 dated 10/11/1989 was divided among Full, Early, and Late classes of shares by considering the following and assuming 100% delivery:
a) Max Yield
b) Relative to Full
c) #days/year
In reality, PRWUC`s direct flow rights are primarily secondary (junior in priority); therefore, that portion of the portfolio is not always delivered (subject to availability). According PRWUC, the average yield for Early + cEarly shares is 5.00 AF. The hereafter quantity for any change to underground wells will be limited to the average yield for an Early + cEarly share, and further broken down by class of share as follows.
....................................................................................
Alpine, Welby, Jacob Early (90%)
Div/share = 4.5 AF
Acre/share = 1.16364
....................................................................................
Contained Alpine, Welby, Jacob Early (10%)
Div/share = 0.5 AF
Acre/share = 0.12929
