All of the Company water rights have certificated duties of 3 acre-feet per acre. The irrigation periods of use may vary by water right. Some of the rights also include diversions of water for domestic (stockwatering and culinary) uses during the non-irrigation season.
Some of the Company water rights may overlap with water rights owned by the Dry Gulch Irrigation Company and the Uintah Indian Irrigation Project (operated by the BIA).
The allocations that are shown on this page are estimated based on the total number of shares (3720), acres (2139.38), and with the estimated depletion for the Neola area from USU Research Report Number 145, `Consumptive Use of Irrigated Crops in Utah. The true diversion, irrigated acres per share, and depletion per share may be something different.
