[DGARDNER 2/07/2024] The following statement was received from the East Bench Irrigation
Company President, A. Randall Hatch, on February 6, 2024:



Our current East Bench Irrigation Company Bylaws, written and adopted February 9, 2001,
Page 3, Section 4 of Duties and Powers of Directors, paragraph E states, ”no water shall
be transferred out of the East Bench Canal.”



It would be devastating to the East Bench Irrigation Company to have any water rights
transferred out of the canal.  To pressurize the pipeline we depend on all of our water
shares being in the canal.  We have installed a pipeline to insure all shareholders
receive their full allotted amount of water.



The by-laws for the company were received with this statement and can be viewed under
the scanned documents folder for 61-865, 61-2845, and 61-2846.
