Title updates for Water Right 35-8542 were processed in July 2015 and it appears there
is a need for an organized company to address the O&M issues. The control structure and
the measuring device both need work. An SEAA was issued to the association (Mr.
Siddoway) in 2014. These diversions are prime candidates for telemetry, due to
off-stream and off-road locations and a need for regulation. 35-8542 has two sources
and two PODs. Two flumes and one headgate are needed to properly regulate/report the
total company diversions. The flumes would be near the confluence of the two sources
and only about 300 feet from each other.
