Received an email 12/10/2021 from Steve Vuyovich regarding the quantification (email
placed on file 35-7188). I revised the share evaluation accordingly. The share
evaluation method identifies the value of shares by using a diversion duty of 3
acre-feet per acre and including in its accounting a representative 16.6667 acres for
the 50 acre-feet exchanged in E156. This is why the irrigated acreage shown in the main
area above is 758.5207 rather than the figure 741.854 from the certificate of beneficial
use issued 9/12/2012. In other words, 16.6667 acres out of the 758.5207 are believed not
to be irrigated but instead the water for that purpose is presumably being used under
E156. (On the basis of this evaluation, 17.392 shares must be dedicated to E156.
Consequently, I`ve entered this figure into the database for E156.)

Today Steve Vuyovich called me and stated the company has 791.52 shares outstanding. On
the basis of the certificate issued in 2012 this equates to 0.93725 acres per share. The
company page has been updated accordingly.
