Groundwater management plans are created and regulated under Statute 73-5-15 of Utah state law.

During this process several public meetings were held to present data and solicit public comment. The development and adoption of the plan was a very public process with much needed input from the water community. All public comments were considered and appropriate revisions to the plan were developed. Public comments can be found on the webpages for the meetings listed below.
