Tooele Valley Change Application Policy Meeting

On Tuesday July 22, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., the Division of Water Rights will held a public meeting in the Tooele City Council Chambers located at 90 North Main Street in Tooele. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss comments received pursuant to the April 24, 2008, public meeting, to present additional data and information, and an interim policy establishing guidelines for groundwater change applications in Tooele Valley. As has been previously indicated, guidelines developed will be effective as of April 16, 2008, the date of the notice for the April meeting.
