PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE FOR DRY CREEK (57-10) AND LIBERTY PARK (57-11) LISTS OF UNCLAIMED RIGHTS

| Purpose: | The State Engineer has prepared the List of Unclaimed Rights for both the Dry Creek Subdivision (Area 57, Book 10) and the Liberty Park Subdivision (Area 57, Book 11) in the Utah Lake and Jordan River General Adjudication (pursuant to Utah Code ยง 73-4-9.5). In light of the publication of the List of Unclaimed Rights, the public is invited to a Public Meeting. Representatives from the Division of Water Rights will be available during this time to review the adjudication process, discuss the list of unclaimed rights within the areas, and answer questions.
If individuals cannot attend, but have questions regarding the adjudication process or water rights within the Dry Creek area; please contact Mike Handy at (801) 538-7463.
