PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING THE ADJUSTMENT OF FEES FOR THE SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION WITH THE DIVISION OF WATER RIGHTS

Purpose:

With recent legislative updates the State Engineer has been instructed to create a new application type. These applications are referred to as dedicated water applications, See Utah Code § 73-3-30.3. In order to process these applications a fee must be collected. In order to collect a fee for these applications, this type of application must be added to the fee schedule for the Division of Water Rights. This meeting is to be held to discuss the updates to the fee schedule.
