THIS WATER RIGHT WAS TRANSFERED FROM 41-3528 (A30414dt) into the 05 area as
water right 05-3163.  It was segregated on February 28, 2000.

It is proposed that this right will be used to supplement the municipal
supply for the Spanish Valley area of Grand and San Juan Counties.  It is
anticipated that the water will be obtained from a well.
