Other Comments

Spoke with the decendent of the owner of record John Boyer 4/1/09 (RT).  The
water to the houses has been provided by Coalville City since approximately
1998-2000.  The well the city drilled dried up spring that provided water to
this water right.  The city was court ordered, after a law suit, to provide
water hookups for the domestic uses.  The spring water has not been in use
since that time.
