It is proposed that this right will be used throughout central and eastern
Duchesne County as follows:  Municipal--2500 AF, Industrial--4000 AF, and
Irrigation--41100 AF.  The water will probably be obtained by pumping from the
Green River and exchanges with water through Brough and Starvation Reservoirs.

As of December 3, 2013, the priority date and/or filing date have
administratively changed to reflect that of the original right.
