Diversion/Depletion Comments: Depletion estimated according to methodology utilized by Franson Civil Engineers for the Green River Pumping Project that was segregated from WR No. 41-3523. The estimated depletion is 70% according to this methodology. The Uintah Water Conservancy District requested that this estimate be used.

Other Comments

It is proposed that this right will be used to irrigate farmland in the Leota
Bench and Pelican Lake area of Uintah County.  There is a potential of 10,850
acres that can be cultivated and there are 8,890 acres already being irrigated
that could use supplemental water.  The water will be pumped directly from the
Green River into sprinkler irrigation systems yet to be constructed.
