It is proposed that this right will be used to irrigate farmland in the Leota
Bench and Pelican Lake area of Uintah County.  There is a potential of 10,850
acres that can be cultivated and there are 8,890 acres already being irrigated
that could use supplemental water.  The water will be pumped directly from the
Green River into sprinkler irrigation systems yet to be constructed.

As of December 3, 2013, the priority date and/or filing date have
administratively changed to reflect that of the original right.
