This water right is a Primary (Irrigation Season) right based on an award to Big Ditch from
paragraph 3 of the 1914 Big Cottonwood Creek Decree. 

This right is limited to the annual depletion of 55% of water diverted.  The State Engineer will continue to administer this right in accordance with decreed diversion flow rates, with depletions accounted for on a system-wide aggregate basis and under Utah Code Ann. Sec. 73-3-8(5). The system-wide administration is subject to non-impairment of prior rights.
